QUALITY MANAGEMENT

safety under the perfect quality policy.
At fish port and Farm:
- Raw materials for our process are strictly inspected by professional technicians and modern devices before being brought to processing mill.
- At farms, it is ensured that water in fish ponds is clean and treated. Fish is fed with industrial food. Besides, harmful chemicals and antibiotics are not allowed to use for fish and farm treating.
- Fish from all ponds and floating cages are taken as samples to test antibiotic residues as: CHLORAMPHENICOL, NITROFURAN, GREEN MALACHITE ...
At processing plant:
- Materials in ponds and floating cages are, by the fastest way, transferred to processing mill. At the mill, we check the materials again and reject unfit materials.
- Processing steps at the mill must conform to quality management programs: GMP, SSOP, HACCP, ISO ...
- Taking randomly and regularly samples at any step of processing line to Test microbe and antibiotic residues at Labs.
- Products are packed, labeled , sealed and preserved in the cold store at the temperature of under -180C.
Delivery: goods is loaded in containers at the temperature of under -180C and ready for shipment.
